We lead the industry in product design and manufacturing, producing some of the industry’s most innovative solutions in temporary perimeter protection systems to improve safety and suit industry-specific applications.

Due to recent expansion, we are recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer to assist in hardware and software support across our 4 manufacturing sites and 15 depots.

The position is based out of our Chelmsford office and will require occasional travel to all our sites

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• IT support via helpdesk, phone, email, and face to face.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a 1st Line Support role
• Experience of hardware support for desktops, printers, laptops, networking etc.
• Experience of application support with Office365, Windows 10/11.
• Good attitude and ability to take ownership of work.
• Excellent communication and good customer support experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Monday- Friday

Essential

• Laptop / Desktop builds.
• Microsoft Office365
• Knowledge of the basics of networking.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full clean Driving License.

Desirable

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure
• Active Directory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
