2 x Experienced Sushi Chef - Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship Available

We are looking for 2 experienced Sushi Chefs for 2 new branches we are opening:

1 x Sushi Chef - Mile End

1 x Sushi Chef - Enfield

You need to have a proven track record of working in restaurants/takeways. You are able to work in a busy kitchen to the highest of standards on both Hot and Cold Sushi dishes.

Someone who is a good peoples person and understand the value of a happy team. Someone who is hands on with tandoor cooking and enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in the quality and taste of every dish leaving the kitchen.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Experienced in hot and cold Sushi in a restaurant/takeaway
• Able to work in busy/fast paced environment
• Quality control in every dish
• Work alongside kitchen team to ensure all food hygiene is adhered to and implemented
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

We are able to provide a Tier 2 Visa for the right candidate after a short trial period.
