Role and Responsibilities
The Junior Account Manager will work under the supervision of the High Wycombe Regional Sales Manager as part of the Regional Account Management Team. The role is predominantly office based.
Their role is three-fold. Firstly, to work a list of smaller low touch clients - to build a deeper knowledge of the client and identify opportunities to sell a broader range of CIT and their company products through regular communication. Secondly to work on campaigns with the account managers to generate leads and opportunities in existing clients. And finally, to assist the other Account Managers with back office tasks, scheduling, and quote generation.
Working overall as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will learn the skill to interact with the client base with a professional approach and how to take a consultative and client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering positive interactions and outstanding service delivery.
