What to Expect

Role to be based in either London or Manchester

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for facilitating day-to-day Operations with large Business customers, with a special focus on Leasing Companies and Corporate Clients. You will work across the entire customer journey, from order processing to delivery, invoicing, cash collection and after-sales services. The main priority is to ensure smooth and seamless processes.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations with large business customers
Act as primary point of contact for Leasing Company’s or Corporate customers across Delivery Operations and Customer Ownership.
Together with the Finance & Leasing Operations Manager you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of processes and procedures with leasing companies across all areas;

Ordering on Tesla For Business
Delivery
Registration
Invoicing
Account & Driver Management
Service

Play an active role on the quick adoption of digital tools such as the Tesla for Business Platform
Ensure operational contractual agreement terms are met by our customers with a particular focus on prompt payment to Tesla
Responsible for revenue recognition and final payment collection in collaboration with Sales, Service and Delivery
