What you will do as an Accounting Clerk

• Processing payments, receipts and recording transactions in relevant journals and ledgers.
• Controlling credit and chasing debts
• Dealing with any discrepancies or issues with sales invoices
• Generating accounts statements and reminders
• Investigating and resolving any chargebacks, refunds, and queries
• Reviewing debtors account / credit checks for all properties
• Dealing with any ad hoc duties
