The Role
xDesign is looking to further strengthen the Finance team with the appointment of an enthusiastic and collaborative Accounts Assistant, looking to further their career within a growing company.

As an Accounts Assistant at xDesign you'll be responsible for:

• Accurate input of purchase ledger invoices and expenses
• Management of a busy Finance mailbox
• Preparation of payment runs
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Credit control
• Regular reporting as required

Requirements

• Confident being the first point of contact for the Finance team
• Accurate data input into our Xero accounting system
• Excellent IT skills - including Intermediate level of Excel

• Be highly organised, a self starter and quick learner
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Take pride in producing high quality, accurate and timely information
• Show exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Be resilient, adapt well to change and challenges

This is a hybrid position and the candidate should be within commutable distance from our Edinburgh office.
