Accounts Assistant

Peterborough-based label Aviation company is offering a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join the team on part-time basis.

Key responsibilities of an ideal candidate are as below.

Accounts Payable:

• Matching supplier invoices to delivery notes and processing for payment.
• Advise Suppliers and Purchasing of any discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier and monthly statements.

Accounts Receivable:

• Processing invoices and receipts by BACS.
• Contacting customers to chase overdue payments.

Qualities:

• Good communication skills and professional approach to tasks.
• Undertakes mandatory/statutory training as and when required.
• Organised, proactive and punctual.

Successful candidates will be required to work Mon to Fri, 3 to 4 hours each day so 16 hours/week in total, from our premises at Unit 17 Harvester Way, Fengate, Peterborough PE1 5UT.
