An enthusiastic Accounts Assistant is required by a well-established company based in Stafford. The company is looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate with Purchase Ledger experience. An annual salary of up to £25,000 + benefits is available depending on experience. This is a Hybrid working position.
Responsibilities

• Ensure individual company’s purchase ledgers are accurately maintained and reconciled to supplier statements and that any issues arising are resolved
• All sales and supplier invoices imported to the accounting software
• Customer payment collections
• Assist with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.

• Ensure business bank account is reconciled on a weekly basis and that any issues arising are resolved.

Requirements

• Great experience within a similar role
• Sales Ledger and Bank reconciliation experience
• Experience with SUN operating system would be advantageous but not necessary
