Accounts Payable Manager

Your Team

As Accounts Payable Manager, you will be part of the SaltPay team. A strong and talented team that's data-driven, inquisitive by heart, and supports every decision based on carefully collected and organised information! Our team is highly cross-functional and works across the business' European footprint. We are looking for someone with strong communication, organisational, technology and leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

Your main responsibilities will be to look after payment transactions and the financial commitments of our company. You will need to maintain ledgers, oversee tax-related processes and uphold the company's policies.

Your Mission

• Manages and supervise the accounts payable department and staff in the organisation, ensuring that all geographies have efficient and standardised Accounts payable processes in place.
• Keeps track of the status of all payment transactions taking place within the company and managing the master data of external vendors and contractors.
• Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure an efficient end-to-end accounts payable process, beginning with the the onboarding of vendors until payment and accounting reconciliation.
• Streamline systems and processes and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Ensures that the accounts payable obligations are met efficiently.
• Ownership for the accounts payable integration of new acquisitions into the company, including integrating the new acquiree onto SaltPay's financial systems, processes, and control framework
• Reporting to the Group Director of Accounting.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• First rate analytical capabilities.
