We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Accounts Payable Officer in Camden London.

Location: Remote role, required to go to the office once a month based in Camden, London.
Salary: £27000 per annum
Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate registering of invoices via to P2P System.
• Responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely manner.
• Producing supplier payments and reconciliations.
• Registering and supporting the maintenance, completion, and payment of employee expense claims.
• Having responsibility for credit card and pre-payment card processes.
• Providing weekly and monthly reporting as required.
• Providing excellent customer service to our suppliers and internal customers

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working in an Accounts Payable Team
• Experience of working collaboratively across teams
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good excel skills – Intermediate
• Previous experience of nominal ledger reconciliations
• Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks
• The ability to work to deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Fast accurate inputting skills and the ability to work under pressure
• The ability to problem solve and use knowledge to influence decisions
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload
• Experience of dealing with suppliers and customers maintaining a high level of customer service
• Experience of reconciling statements and control accounts
• Housing association sector experience

Experience in the use of P2P systems would be desirable.
