Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the Finance Team of Caprice Holdings.

It is essential to currently or previously have been an Accounts Receivable Assistant preferably within hospitality.

Reporting to the Head of Transactional Finance, as Accounts Receivable Assistant you will work closely with the other members of the finance team providing finance support to all our restaurants.

As Accounts Receivable Assistant the key tasks will include:

• Weekly reconciliation of restaurant and club sales
• Weekly Cashflow
• Communicate discrepancies in sales and receipts to sites and Operations Team
• Weekly Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and currencies across brands
• Weekly reconciliation PDR/Ticketed Event Deposits
• Weekly reconciliation of Membership Income
• Balance sheet reconciliation of cash and card in transit
• Credit control duties – generating invoices as required
• Other ad hoc duties to support the Finance team
