Key Responsibilities

• Send invoices on a daily basis once all details have been verified
• Transfer batches into Opera to appear in ageing report on a Daily basis
• Post cheques when received in Opera
• Post BACS payments in Opera
• Check the bank statements and post and allocate the credit card payments in our PMS system
• Assist reservations and events department with any billing queries
• Check the ME billing as per contract terms
