Admin (25k OTE / Start in March - Hybrid/Belfast Centre)

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Leading Finance Organisation with the recruitment of Administrators. This company offers one of the best working Environments in NI, and also offers many opportunities for progression

Shifts are held over Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm + 1 Hour lunch. No weekend working.

The role will incorporate Hybrid working - 3-2 days Working From Home & 2-3 days Working in Belfast City Centre office. Initial training will be in office.

Individuals who are immediately available or have a 1-week notice will be preferred to others.

Salary

£21,300 + Bonus (Average £4,000 per year) + other fantastic additional benefits

Responsibilities

• Dealing with Admin related duties via the system
• Dealing with all general queries via phone call
• Passing information on to relevant departments
• Raising tickets via system
• Deal with appointments (set up, amend etc)
• Full job to be explained after application

The Ideal Person

• Administrative or Calls experience is Essential for this role
• Confident phone manner
• Computer Literate
• Good communicator
• Objection Handling ability
