National Business Centres (NBC) manage centralising administrative and contact functions in HMCTS. Our roles are critical, supporting our service users and colleagues in HMCTS with great performance and a strong culture. Joining us is a chance to play a pivotal role which give people and businesses access to potentially life-changing justice.
The key purpose of the role
You will be providing administrative support to arrange Mental Health Tribunals for those who are subject to section under the mental health act. The role may include some telephony work and virtual support for tribunals hearings. This will involve liaising with our vulnerable Service Users, Hospital Trusts, Legal Representatives and Judiciary. You will need strong IT skills and be able to adapt your verbal and written communication style to an empathetic and patient manner.

The post holder is required to work in a flexible way and undertake any other duties reasonably requested by line management which are commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post.
