ADMIN/CASH OFFICE ASSISTANT

Location: Roadchef, Stafford, M6 Southbound

Working at a Motorway Service area is a lot of fun. Here at Roadchef we have some of the most famous and popular brands in the UK and each one has something different to offer from McDonald’s, Costa, WHSmith, Spar, Leon, Days Inn, Chozen Noodle to our own catering brands, Fresh Food Café and Garden Square Deli.

You will be employed on a full time, permanent basis (4-5 days per week, including weekends).

Our current pay rates are £9.75 per hour (age related) which will increase to £10.67 (age related) as of 27th March 2023.

Due to the location of the site you must have your own car.

Duties:

• Process invoices onto the SAP system
• Reconcile tills and process via SAP
• Reconcile gaming collections and process via SAP
• Responsible for banking all cash on site
• Investigate any cash discrepancies and escalate if required

Skills/Experience:

• Previous administration experience is not necessary as full training will be provided
• Cash handling experience would be advantageous
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Be a team player
