Clarkson Evans is the UK's leading electrical contractor for new homes. We're looking for an Administrator to give a first-class service to our existing and new security alarm customers, our high-end VIP clients and commercial customers alike, always acting with complete professionalism and empathy at all times.
Working within a specialist department consisting of a team of dedicated engineers, the role will control the incoming sales opportunities, quotations, scheduling, invoicing, remedial works, maintenance programs as well as all other office functions to ensure the department always runs efficiently and effectively.
Nothing is too much trouble for our customers and this can-do attitude must be displayed at all times.

Responsibilities
To record defects sent in by customer/clients and schedule corrective actions.
To follow up on out of hours call outs from the previous day.
To communicate with homeowners to schedule maintenance/ service appointments within contractual agreements.
To co-ordinate Engineers’ visits, keeping the travel to a minimum and maximise appointment times with regards location/area planning protocols.
To investigate and order relevant materials for planned maintenance appointments to ensure the attending Engineers have all the required materials.
To Support the project manager with all VIP and commercial projects, allocation labour resource as well as materials to ensure the projects run within the required programs.
Contact customers via phone and emails.
To quote for additional works using the internal quoting processes.
Invoice maintenance, installation and project works.
Chase aged Debit
Support sales opportunities for Smart Home systems, security systems and commercial opportunities
Lease with sub-contractors and program workloads for specialist requirements.
To review internal payment requests and pay Engineers as required.
To manage all complaints with empathy and professionalism
To communicate with the homeowners on simple faults, ideally resolving the issue on the phone where possible. (Training provided)
To complete internal reports for senior management
To carry out general administration duties
To carry out additional tasks to support the business as required
Required Experience
Having worked in a customer facing role would be preferable
Experience in an office administration role
Data entry skills
An understanding of GDPR
