My client is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to join their Retail business transformation programme and incorporate Agile to specific work-stream.
The key responsibilities of the Agile Scrum Master:

Establishes Agile ways of working in collaboration with the Transformation Management Office/BI teams
- Prepares, facilitates and captures outputs from the Agile ceremonies
- Plans activities and facilitates retrospectives
- Coach and educate the team and stakeholders around the Agile ways of working
The successful Agile Scrum Master must demonstrate the following:
Skills:
-
Knowledge of adapting Agile in ways that will facilitate business adoption
- Knowledge of data and analytic processes and approach desirable but not essential
- Ability to deal with uncertainty and fast changing environments
- Change management, facilitation and communication skills
Experience:
-
Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Product Owner experience essential, with conventional PM experience desirable but not essential
- Experience of establishing and successfully applying Agile methodology in non-IT contexts
- Experience of managing change and of leading without hierarchical authority
On offer for the successful Agile Scrum Master:

3 month contract
- Hybrid working at my Retail clients City of London office
- Between £400-£450 per day inside IR35
