Pearson Air Ltd is a small family owned Air Conditioning business in Guildford. We are experienced in what we do and we do it to the highest standards. We carry out work on both domestic and commercial projects providing maintenance, service and installations of new equipment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a will to learn and positive attitude develop to join and develop our team. The successful candidate requires no previous experience in the air conditioning industry and will learn the trade on the job. Following a successful trial period the candidate will be enrolled in college to learn one day a week and utilise this knowlege for the rest of the working week on the job. This would provide the oppurtunity for a Level 3 NVQ in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

The hours are generally 8am untill 4pm and due to the nature of our work there will be travel to and from our sites either side. A driving licence is preferred although not essential if local to the GU2 postcode. The right candidate will have an oppurtunity to develop an exciting career and grow to become an integral part of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and learn Install, maintainance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• High standards of tidyness, courtesy to customers and positivity.
• Presentation of a smart appearance.
• Carry out duties as required to assist senior engineer in completion of projects.
