About the role

• Work closely with the Head of Investments in the screening and selection of alternative private fund managers and co-investment opportunities
• Support other internal teams, such as, institutional sales and marketing with content creation and investment analysis for ROYC’s clients
• Perform macro research on private markets developments and investment themes
• Lead analysis and diligence on investment opportunities across the alternative asset space, with a primary focus on private equity and venture funds
• Conduct desktop research, historical performance analysis/benchmarking and due diligence meetings with target GPs
• Assist in the preparation of due-diligence reports and present findings to the Investment Committee

Preferred profile

• Strong financial analysis skills, attention to detail and passion for investing.
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Familiar with and interested in private markets and private equity funds
• Driven and intellectually curious, having an ambition to play a key role in building a market leading solution in the private markets.
• Opportunity to take on significantly more responsibility over time in a high growth, well-funded, pan European fintech business.
