Apprentice Digital Solutions Architect

Our founder has done this for over 25 years in 5 countries and wants to pass it on. Work will vary tremendously across the full spectrum of information communications technology infrastructure architecture and design.

Day-to-day tasks will range from

• Contributing to high-level enterprise architecture
• Contributing to infrastructure design (high-level design documents)
• Contributing to customer presentations (PPT)
• Technical support for smart-home technology
• Technical demonstrations and "proofs-of-concept"

What do we actually do?

• Design the network architecture for ISPs and other service providers
• Write the Enterprise Architecture technology frameworks and policies for large enterprise
• Architect the transformation of major UK government digital infrastructure
• Work with service provider sales & solutions teams to win business more effectively
• Contribute to the product design & management of technology and communication services
• Assure and consult on technology aspects of critical national infrastructure
• Secure the technology infrastructure of governments, service providers and large enterprise

This role is a UK Level 3 Apprenticeship (A-Level) as an IT Solutions Technician (Hardware).

Pay will follow the UK Apprenticeship guidelines meaning that your first year will be £10,000PA and your second year your salary will automatically increase to the Real Living Wage (which is higher than the UK Living Wage).

We sponsor our employees to continue their learning while working meaning that Level 6 (undergraduate degree level) and Level 7 (masters level) are all available in future for the sucessful applicant.

Employees will also be expected to undertake an intense industry certification training program in addition to their day-to-day work and apprenticeship studies which will earn them a selection of over 30 IT vendor and technology specific certifications - all funded and sponsored by the company.
