As an Apprentice Hospitality Supervisor, you will be based in one of our busy kitchens at the Santander Unity Place site. You will be responsible for supporting the Manager, supervising and leading a team of front of house staff involving the production, preparation, presentation and serving of the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK.

More about the role:Alongside your day-to-day duties, you will complete the Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship. This is a nationally recognised qualification, and the primary objective of the Hospitality Manager is to supervise and lead a team of front and back of house staff in their daily duties. You will either be attending college 1 day per week or you will learn ‘in-unit’.You will be supported through this qualification by your Personal Development Coach who will visit you at your place work every 6-10 weeks. All travel expenses will be covered by your employer. You are not expected to complete any of your Apprenticeship work outside of your normal working hours and will be given set time each week to complete your work.
APPRENTICE HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR
SALARY: £11.50 per hour
LOCATION: Santander, Unity Place, 200 Grafton Gate, Milton Keynes. MK9 1UP
REPORTING TO: Regional Manager
HOURS/WORKING PATTERN: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Earliest Start time 08:00 and latest finish time 18:00
DURATION: Minimum 12 months

You do not need to have any experience as full training will be provided as part of the Apprenticeship.
Over a 12-month period you will be trained to become a fully Qualified Hospitality Manager / Relief Chef.
