Area Contracts Manager – Essex Region.

We require an Area Cleaning Manager with the same ethos to us, to manage our School and Educational sites cleaning accounts.

As an Area Cleaning Manager with Elite, you will be responsible for:

• The management and delivery of cleaning services across our ever growing school and educational sites.
• Maintaining strong client relationships, focus being on a high level of client communication and satisfaction.
• Managing and leading our cleaning teams by example, this can mean being very much hands on, therefore, covering shifts is to be expected.

• Conducting/reporting on audits and risk assessments and ensuring all site Health & Safety requirements and legislation are adhered to.
• Recruiting, interviewing and training of new staff.
• Continuously looking for opportunities of improvement on services and account growth from existing clients and new clients alike.
• Directly liaising with Directors, Key Account Managers, Other Area Cleaning Managers, Mobile Support Teams, Site Supervisors and Site Cleaning Teams.

As an Area Cleaning Manager with Elite, you will have the following expertise and attributes:

• Strong management and relationship building experience especially within schools or educational settings.

• People management experience – encouraging the best from our staff.
• Confident producing professional quotations and sales presentations.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management and IT literacy.
• Passionate about our industry and our company ethos in supporting our teams and clients, meaning you may need to get your hands dirty cleaning your sites. Our industry isn't 9 to 5 so you will need a flexible attitude with working hours, and you must be completely trustworthy, have innovative ideas, continually looking to improve upon service delivery to our clients.

Salary: £29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
