We are looking for an Area Manager who is passionate about people, customers and achieving challenging but rewarding business goals. In an area consisting of c.15 stores, you’ll need to be commercially driven and will be given the autonomy to drive the performance of your area. You’ll motivate, nurture, and encourage your team to develop on their personal performance as well as deliver the business strategy using exceptional leadership and coaching skills.

To be successful, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in managing multisite teams in a fast paced retail environment
• A proven track record of delivering sales targets
• Experience leading & implementing business strategy, plans and driving compliance
• Working knowledge of current employment practices
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and teams
