Area Manager South West

We are the owners of 53 residential parks across England and Wales. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join our team in the South West covering our Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset parks.

The hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Area Manager Responsibilities:-

Overseeing the daily management of all parks in your area

Motivate and lead the team to ensure our parks are maintained and delivering excellent customer service

Increase standards of the parks and consistency across the region

Set targets for individual parks to deliver

Identify training and development needs for staff

Oversee maintenance / contractor works on park

Assist in the preparation of our new homes for sale

Producing reports for each park

Any other reasonable duties

Skills Required:-

Managerial experience

Experience of working on a residential/holiday park would be an advantage

Knowledge of park maintenance and the general management of residential parks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

• Newton Abbot, TQ13 9JW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Managing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
