We are looking for an Area Manager in the Southwest area, this is a key role within our Coffee#1 operations team.

Leading a group of stores and a highly engaged team in delivering commercial growth through an outstanding customer experience within a complaint and safe environment. Coffee#1 Area Managers are champions of our culture, values and brand with an exceptional ability to connect, inspire and motivate their teams.

What we're looking for:

• Must have at least two years multi-site management experience in hospitality

• Strong verbal communication and influencing skills

• Good record of developing self and others

• Full driving licence
