If this is you, we have an exciting opportunity for an Equipment Entitlement Account Storekeeper role to join the Quartermasters Department (QM's)! We are offering this position at 37 hours per week, requests to work flexibly will be considered, considering the business needs.

The Civil Service provides crucial support to the Army in the delivery of its outputs. We are a diverse workforce that is involved in supporting the Army across a variety of functions and professions. This role sits within the QM's Dept at the Army Training Centre Pirbright, a large and busy Phase 1 Training Establishment. The Equipment Entitlement Account Storekeeper role is placed within an organisation and team which plays a pivotal role in making the Army an excellent place to work.
The successful candidate will be versatile with a flexible approach to accommodate the constantly evolving needs of service delivery and providing general accounting skills to the team and wider establishment. This will consist of conducting daily maintenance of the stores accounts, specifically, but not limited to the expense account, in accordance with current policy and procedures. Utilising in service stores accounting software, Defence Logistics Framework and other associated publications.
This position is advertised at 37 hours per week
This is a physically demanding role and although training and equipment will be provided there will be an element of heavy lifting required, as part of day-to-day duties.
