We are looking for an excellent Artist Assistant to join our studio in Dudbridge.
The Role:
Reporting into the Studio Manager, you will play a key part in the smooth running of production, with the primary focus of the role being fabrication/painting in the studio.
This is broad ranging role and involves the fabricating, handling and assembly of artworks, both 3D and 2D works.
The Person:
- The candidate will be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, along with diverse practical skills and knowledge.
- Experience in using a wide range of mediums, painting techniques and tools would be advantageous.
- Must be able to colour match.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, knowledgeable with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is desirable.
- Must be commercially minded and able to think clearly at all times about the impact of cost, quality and time to all projects.
- Must have a clean and full driving licence.
- Requirement to be willing to travel internationally.
