Job Title: Manufacturing Operative
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hourly Rate: £10.50 - £13.13 per hour dependent on shift pattern
Contract: Full Time, Temporary - Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - variety of shift patterns available
Day Shifts: 6am - 2pm
Rotating Shifts: 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm
Noon Shifts: 2pm - 10pm
Our well-established client based in Stoke-on-Trent, are looking to recruit Assembly Operative on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities as a Assembly Operative:
- Utilising hand and air tools to assembly products
- Ensuring all products are assembled to customer and company standards
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Working towards strict deadlines and timescales
- Utilising product specifications and requirements to assembly orders
- Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with policies and procedures
- Resolving assembly problems efficiently and liaising with management
- Ensuring the daily production is prioritised correctly
- Working towards strict deadlines
- Ensuring all products were organised
- Prioritising the production schedule
- Responsible for general warehouse duties
