Job description
- Knowledge of Xero software
- Able Perform a bank reconciliations
- Data entry of sale and purchase invoices with accounting nominal code knowledge.
- Running of monthly payroll and pension scheme.
- Understanding of accrual and prepayment journals.
- Understanding of Goods in Transit
- Processing of fixed assets and depreciation.
- Understanding and Processing of customer and supplier deposits .
- Be able to perform a VAT reconciliation.
- Knowledge of how to deal with potential bad debts.
- Knowledge of trial balance and balance sheet.
- Able to perform quarterly management accounts.
- Processing of monthly expenses
- Understanding of royalty payments and agreements, and able to perform royalty control account reconciliations.
- Person must be meticulous with data, both with processing and tracking of dates. Liaising with operations colleagues to track dates of stock, purchases and sales.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: £20,271.00-£34,861.00 per year
