This is an exciting career opportunity to join our Estates Property Team. We are a small team with a diverse portfolio that demands a full range of Estate Management within a Local Government setting.
This post offers the opportunity to the right candidate who is accredited MRICS who is able to progress to becoming a registered valuer.
You must meet the essential criteria detailed in the relevant job description, be able to work independently within a diverse team, be enthusiastic, a good communicator and committed to attaining professional qualifications and/or accreditation as required to support the needs of the service.
