Assistant Fingerprint Officer

Job Title: Assistant Fingerprint Officer x 1 post, Scale 4/5

Working in the Joint Scientific Investigation Unit covering both South Wales and Gwent Police, based in SWP Headquarters in Bridgend. You will be part of a successful team processing crime scene marks, completing quality assuring, comparison.

You will work a shift pattern of days and afternoons for which a 12.5% shift allowance will be paid.

You must have experience of or be prepared to work under ISO 17025.

This role is not suitable for part time/job share workers due to operational requirements.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV Vetting.
