Assistant Manager

The Bath is about to get its most exciting all day dining and drinking venue with 9 hotel rooms.

As an Assistant Manager you will be overseeing a team of hosts, cocktail bartenders, oyster shuckers, sales managers and a team of superstars that are delivering the best food, and dining experience in Bath.

You will lead the team from the front by passing on your knowledge of wine, cocktails, and service standards, whilst at the same time building a key relationship with the kitchen team to ensure the food served is of the highest standard.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone to help us to create something truly special and be the integral part of a new team. We are having a huge makeover and it will be stunning, so we need the right person that can be as passionate as we are on this new venture and drive the business forward to be the go-to destination for cocktails, afterwork drinks, fine wines, lunch, dinner and weekends get away.

This is a great opportunity for you to move towards a senior management role.
