Pizza Pilgrims started life in 2011, after driving a three-wheeled Piaggio Ape back from Italy on a 6 week “Pizza Pilgrimage” of discovery. Once home, we installed a Neapolitan pizza oven and sold our first pizza on Berwick St Market ion London. Since then, we have traded at a huge variety of events across the country and opened pizzerias in London, Oxford and Brighton!

As an Assistant Manager of Pizza Pilgrims your role is to support the General Manager and Head Chef to manage a great Pizzeria, leading and coaching your team to deliver results. You will maintain great standards, while always supporting and training your team to ensure that our Pizzas, drinks, and service is always top-notch!

You will have the experience needed to hit the ground running, naturally developing your teams, controlling the costs, creating the one team one dream we are so proud of within each of our Pizzerias. Your standards will always be high, whether it's the service on the floor, to H&S, to the food your team serves, we are always only going to be as good as that last pizza! Most importantly, you will do all of the above by being yourself!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £32,000.00 per year
