First, you need to be awesome. Secondly, you need to love what you do and have a desire to grow into a successful manager in the Pub industry.

The role offers a full-time position in a playful Gastro pub, with a development plan, shared responsibility in learning all aspects of the business, and the opportunity to be creative with assisting the management team to grow sales and influence the area to love us even more!

We would love it if you have worked in a pub, bar or restaurant before but if you haven’t don't worry. All you need is a cool head and a pro-active and friendly attitude and we can show you the rest.

We are a 100% fresh food site and so a passion for food would be great too!

The role:

• Serve and engage with customers to make them feel welcome and satisfied with their experience
• Work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment and cooperate well with your teammates
• Events and Sales as main tasks
• Be positive, friendly, helpful and professional even when working under pressure
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
• Take pride in the pub and its reputation and strive to maintain our high standards
• All applicants must be fluent in English, have a National Insurance Number, a valid UK/EEA passport or full working visa and bank account.
