Assistant Manager - Hoxton Bakehouse - Petersfield

An amazing opportunity has opened in our Winchester Store for an Assistant Manager to support our Store Manager and the team.

A bit about you:

• Have a positive attitude with great communication skills
• Enjoy working with a small team helping to provide amazing customer service
• Be driven to learn about our products and the company and turn this knowledge into operational excellence
• Be reliable with the flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
• You may have previous experience in a leadership position or be Barista trained, if not you will have the motivation to learn these new skills

A bit about the role:

• Working alongside the Store Manager to manage day to day operations, covering for the Store Manager when required
• Creating a positive environment with fabulous customer service
• Preparing drinks, sandwiches and selling our freshly made buns and bread

Hoxton is a fast-growing company who over the last few years have opened eight Bakehouses which sell our delicious Artisan Handmade Pastries, Sourdough Bread and Seadog Coffee. We are looking forward to expanding over the next few years to include more Bakehouses and Wholesale business.
