Established in Leeds in 2010 with additional restaurants in Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh & Birmingham, we are thrilled to be making our debut in the capital in Spring 2023.
Our new 180-cover restaurant will reside within the reputable 100 Bishopsgate Tower in the City of London, boasting three luxurious private dining rooms and a 120-cover bar and mezzanine. We are looking for an experienced, personable, passionate, and inspiring Assistant Manager to join our team and assist in the successful launch of the newest addition to our thriving portfolio of restaurants.

About The Role
This is the perfect role for an established Assistant Manager who is looking for their next big challenge, or Deputy General Manager who is currently managing a smaller operation. Previous experience of the London market and hospitality industry is advantageous.
You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the support teams. You will be assisting in the development of the new restaurant including the planning, organising, managing and delivery of the opening. This includes building an entire team from scratch and overseeing the recruitment and training processes alongside the General Manager and Deputy General Manager.
You will be energetic, hardworking, and not afraid to be flexible. This will be a demanding role, and therefore you must be comfortable with working independently, using your initiative to make things happen. You will play an active role in management and departmental meetings, taking ownership for departmental performance, alongside the departmental manager, by implementing action and delivering positive outcomes. You will be developing future managers by leading and coaching those that report to you and get genuine enjoyment from developing your team to prepare them for their career progression. You will have knowledge and understanding of operations and finance along with a passion for delivering a premium guest experience.
