Associate Delivery Manager

You will be part of a team, providing an agile delivery management capability to the Data and Platform Engineering spaces. This capability supports a variety of engineering teams, across multiple geographic locations, by providing delivery management support.

The Associate Delivery Manager role sits across one or two development teams, working to ensure they are as effective, data-driven, and healthy as possible.

As part of this varied role, we're counting on you to:

• Ensure the team is healthy and has everything it needs to be effective.
• Cultivate agile practices within the team, including facilitating agile ceremonies and tracking metrics.
• Resolve team impediments by removing blockers, identifying and managing dependencies, or coaching the teams to self-resolve.
• Work with teams to ensure work is broken down, sequenced, and resourced in a way that maximises business value, minimises risk, and achieves company objectives.
• Facilitate team communication and collaboration with other tech, operations, and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, UX design, and product analytics.
• Participate in the pillar and delivery communities.

You'll have an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in a software development environment in any role.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and/or agile methodologies.
