Associate Trainer

We are a training provider that delivers virtual and face-to-face courses, covering leadership & management, communication skills, Microsoft Office training, First Aid at Work and project management. Courses range in duration from half a day to 3 days. We are looking at expanding our team of Associate Trainers to deliver training across the UK.

TRAINERS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING COURSES:

· Manager Essentials

· Communisation skills

· Excellence in customer service

· Introduction to project management

· Emergency First Aid at Work

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· An excellent communicator

· An engaging, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual

· Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To deliver inclusive and engaging training sessions, both virtually and face-to-face as and when required

· To design and update training materials to meet client's requirements as and when required

· To provide attendance records and assessment feedback within SLA's

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience of delivering training courses and assessing learning objectives

· Level 3 Education & Teaching Qualification

· Own equipment for delivering First Aid courses
