Bastion Bakehouse is a new small bakery in the centre of Hereford, Herefordshire. Aiming to create beautiful handmade breads and sweet treats.

We are looking for a creative baker to join our team and help make incredible baked goods, start to finish. The bakery we are looking for must be able to work on thier own at times and use initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner.

We're seeking a talented Baker to join our kitchen team! Previous experience is ideal but some training will be given if you join our team, you must also be somebody who has an interest in baking and cooking. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and possess the ability to multi-task in a busy kitchen environment. We're looking for a great person with the ability to interact with co-workers and the public, follow directions well, and complete cleaning and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Use the proper equipment to mix, knead, and proof dough.
• Make the dough and ingredients according to the recipe.
• Be physically fit for the job.
• Be flexible during peak hours.
• Be able to work early morning & weekends.
• Be able to complete tasks in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
