About the Role

Flexibility in your worklife is important, not everyone can commit to a part / full time contract. Our Bank offers the solution by giving youifreedom to decide what suits you.iTake control:

  • Location of work
  • Service type - Learning disabilities, Mental Health, Homelessness, Young Peoples, Mother and Baby
  • Shift type e.g. day, night
  • Number of shift bookings

Essentially, you pick and choose shifts that suits your availability

As a Bank staff, you have the unique opportunity to make a differenceisupporting vulnerable people in a diverse range of client groups (service type).

  • Learning disabilities
  • Mental health
  • Homelessness
  • Young people/ Asylum seekers / Refugees
  • Mother and Baby

You will support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. Depending on the service, the support can range from personal care, shopping, activities, to support with job applications, finances and managing tenancies

Rate of Pay

Our rate of pay varies depending on the type of shift and service you support.

  • Basic rate - £10.90per hour
  • Support worker rate - £12.38per hour
  • Waking night rate - £12.06 per hour
  • Sleep in - £48.80per night

About You

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic people who enjoy helping others and seeing the difference their support can make, to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Experience is great but not essential as we provide a structured induction and training to support you with your role. Most importantly, we want people who are passionate about helping others.
