Bar and Restaurant Staff

Courtyard by Marriott, London Heathrow Managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts has 244 bedrooms, 10 meeting and events spaces, & 3 bars/restaurants.

We are excited that due to expansion of our food and beverage offering, we are recruiting three exemplary food and beverage team members to work in conjunction with the wider Food and Beverage team. You will set up bar/ restaurant for service success, offer all of our guest excellent service, and close down at the bar/ restaurant at the end of service.

As F&B team member, you could be placed in any one of our three restaurants including our brand-new PKS restaurant and bar, complete with a rooftop terrace dining which offers views over London’s Heathrow Airport runway.

To be considered for the role you should have the following attributes:

• Previous waiter/ waitering experience gained in a bar/ restaurant or hotel.
• Fast on your feet
• Excellent customer service skills
• Presentable and polished image
• Warm and friendly nature
• Knowledge of food allergens
• Highly organised
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends.
