What you’ll be doing!

Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre is looking for warm, welcoming and outgoing individuals to join the Food and Beverage team. Working in The Bar and Restaurant you will deliver exceptional service to each one of our guests as they relax at the bar with drinks or cocktails. With a natural passion for hospitality you will ensure that all guests are served in a professional and friendly manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding drinks experience to our guests
• Understand, Create & deliver our drinks and Cocktail menu
• Be the first point of communication for our guests in the Bar
• Ensure policies & procedures are followed including cashing up the end of your shift
• To prepare drinks and cocktails throughout the day to the required specification whilst also using creativity to exceed guest expectations and requests
• To ensure that the bar is equipped with the required stock to provide the expected service
• Provide a polite & professional service to our guests at all times
• Up-selling in line with latest department targets/incentives
• Comply with H&S regulations
• Work with a large team on a daily basis and support each other with development

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £11.00 per hour
