We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager at Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney, Channel Islands
Braye Beach Hotel is one of the newest additions to the Hand Picked Hotels collection. Set in a stunning and tranquil location with beautiful views this is a great opportunity to experience life in Alderney and work as part of a professional team.
About the role:
Are you an experienced Bar professional looking for your next challenge? We are looking for an attentive and charming Bar Manager to join our Hand Picked team at Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney.
The role of Bar Manager will involve overseeing the Diver's Bar ensuring this area of the Hotel is enjoyed by our guests for a relaxed drinking and dining experience, as well as the hotels other Bars. You will enjoy delivering outstanding service, making each and every guest feel special and will have the ability to encourage and motivate the team to do the same.
Charming your locals and residents will be like a second nature to you, and delivering a perfect pint as well as a super service will be equally as natural!
The successful candidate will be someone who has Restaurant and Bar or Gastro Pub experience, enjoys interacting with people, overseeing a team and delivering high standards of service whilst inspiring and training others to do the same.
This is a full time position of contracted 40 hours per week working between the hours of 10:00am to 11:00pm, to include weekends on a rota basis.
