Job Description

TWG is currently seeking enthusiastic and flexible Events, Festivals & Hospitality Staff to join our team for an exciting lineup of events throughout Spring, Summer, and into Autumn! If you enjoy working in a dynamic and vibrant environment, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your summer!



Our calendar is packed with a variety of events, including Sporting Events, Concerts, Festivals, and more!



We are currently looking for dedicated bar staff to join us at a Food Festival in Poole, Dorset from 30th June to 2nd July2023. We also have set up and pack down shifts available on either side of the festival.


Position: Bartenders & Set Up/Pack Down Staff


Dates: 29th June - 2nd July 2023


Shift Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (TBC)


Responsibilities:


  • Making and serving drinks to customers
  • Ensuring the bar is well stocked with supplies
  • Collaborating and working effectively as a team with other bartenders
  • Warmly welcoming and interacting with customers in a friendly manner
  • Managing table reservations and ensuring a smooth dining experience
  • Scanning tickets for entry
  • Assisting with the general upkeep and cleanliness of the event venue
  • Supporting with the set up and pack down of the festival

  • The app will prompt you to book an induction. Choose the office as "Bristol" and select a convenient date and time for your online induction.


  • We will accept your induction request and send you a text message with the details of the Zoom induction. The induction typically lasts for 20-30 minutes.


  • After completing the above steps and attending the Zoom induction, we will verify your staff profile, and you will gain access to sign up for available shifts!
