We are on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated bar staff to work with in our first site in the newly renovated Borough Yards development in the fantastic area of Borough Market.

This is a newly fitted Craft Beer and Pizza restaurant in a very popular tourist and office worker dominated area of London.

We are opening our first Mondo Brewery bar to bring fresh craft beer to the Borough Market area. We have teamed up with Joe Public from Clapham Common and will be serving California Sourdough style tasty pizzas by the slice or on a 20 inch family serve.

The Bar will consist of 16 rotating draught beers, selection of wines, spirits and soft drinks. We are using Tank beers, also a bespoke 2 tap outside bar with a coffee machine to serve the mezzanine, bar and outside area.

The location is fantastic with an average of 60 million people walking past towards Southbank or Borough market every year so an experience in face-paced, high turnover venues is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity in a small but growing company for someone to work hard within this exciting beer and pizza venue. There are opportunities for someone looking for progression and to take the first step in their career.

Duties:

• You'll be working hard each shift in a busy environment with the rest of the team
• You'll report to the management and follow instructions to achieve the perfect shift
• Serving drinks and food whilst keeping a positive working environment for customers and team members

As Bar Staff you will be responsible for:

• Working hard with the team to achieve the perfect shift, everytime.
• Serving customers drinks and food
• Following the training from the GM
• Ensuring all H&S policies and procedures are followed

• A forward thinking, dedicated and hard working individual with a passion for craft beer and pizza
• Have first-class organisation skills and attention to detail
• Be collaborative and have excellent communication skills
• Be eligible to work in the UK
