Bar Supervisor

Bryson's Bar and Restaurant is a multi-function complex in the heart of Magherafelt serving the best drinks, best food and local live entertainment. Bryson’s is recruiting for an Assistant Manager to help with the day to day running of the business. Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers and ensure they have a first class experience throughout their visit.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the establishment, including tables, chairs, washrooms and floors.
• Greet customers and be friendly and helpful.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure staff are engaged and properly trained.
• Manage sales and stock levels.
• Handle customer requests.
• Work closely with Manager on all day to day runnings of the business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
