Bar Supervisor - Bluebird Bakery Acomb

Our bakery is a family-owned 'real bread' bakery with shops in York, Leeds and Malton.

We are a small but friendly company with benefits including an annual Christmas bonus.

We are looking for a bar supervisor to join us at our new arts and music venue in Acomb, opening in early July this year, which aims to complement our flourishing bakery and cafe.

The space will play host to live music, spoken word, art exhibitions, family nights and many more community-focussed projects.

The successful applicant will have experience in running a busy evening venue - including handling till systems, managing staff and rotas, stock control, ordering and overall responsibility, reporting directly to the bakery owners and working closely with our events manager, artists and musicians.

The ideal candidate will assist us in recruiting a talented team and set up the venue operations ahead of the opening.

Salary: From £12.00 per hour

• Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (preferred)
