Our Bar Team are the ones delivering our Guests dining experience and they are responsible for delivering the standard of service expected.
On a quiet shift they can be found doing all the little jobs like cleaning, maintaining or training – the jobs that keep them up to date and our venues at the standard they should be. On a busy evening or weekend service they are wherever they are needed, making delicious cocktails, preparing hot drinks, serving coffees and cakes, running meals from the Kitchen or getting extra chairs for a large group.
Understanding the importance of teamwork, our team are great at multi-tasking, being experienced in all aspects of the Bar they know the hard work and attention to detail required.
All of our teams are highly engaged with all teams in the venue as well as the wider group and take a keen interest in the direction and journey of the business as a whole.
Skill and experience are necessary to do this job, but more than anything else, we want someone who shares our vision of a hospitality industry that is better and sees themselves being part of the team who can make this happen!
