In preparation for a busy summer, The Queens Hotel in Lytham is looking for driven, enthusiastic & passionate Barbacks to join our team!

Rate of Pay

• £7.49 - £10.42 hourly.
• Full time & Part time roles available.
• Pay is processed every 4 weeks (on a Friday).

Rota Schedule

Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands.

Applicants are expected to be able to work evenings and late nights. Own transport is encouraged as you will need to travel home after midnight on evening shifts.

• Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business.

• Experience of working within a fast-paced business.
• Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a large team.
• Must be able to commute to / from Lytham after midnight.
• Experience is great, but a willingness to learn and progress is equally encouraged.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
