HEAD BARISTA

The role of Head Barista will include:

• Training and coaching our team to serve our coffee perfectly every time
• Maintaining and fine tuning the coffee machine and grinder to dispense the perfect espresso
• Setting the standards for coffee in your bakery
• Assisting the management team with operating the bakery
